Man faces three felonies for soliciting a minor for sex
DECATUR - Robert Regguinti, 42, a registered child sex offender who was convicted in an undercover sting in 2008, is facing up to 21 years in prison for texting obscene images to a police officer he thought was a 12-year-old girl two weeks ago.
