What happened to all of the inappropriate content on Chatroulette?

Around 5 months ago every 5 or so people were involved in some sort of inappropriate sexual content.

A few days ago I went on and there usually was an inappropriate thing only every 50 people or so.

Chatroulette got rid of the report button.

Why is it so much cleaner now? Are it's users realizing that they're not going to find a person to have cyber-sex with or something?
